Couples Therapy
This couples therapy system, created by internationally-recognised family therapist Terry Real, addresses disconnection, distance and conflict. RLT breaks the rules of traditional therapy to go deep quickly to help couples make significant and sustainable changes. It also teaches empowering skills to overcome relational trauma and to access fierce intimacy and relational joy.
I enjoy working with couples from all backgrounds, faiths, cultures and sexual orientations. I work face to face & online, and adhere to the ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation.
